Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Design Consultation where the salesperson meets with customers and explains the features and merits of pool ownership.
  • After assessing customer needs and expectations, designs and recommends a backyard pool utilizing professional pool design software.
  • Conducts immediate and scheduled follow-up appointments.
  • Conduct a Design Presentation where the salesperson presents the Company, provides differentiation, and explains the process of building a pool to customers using a presentation binder.
  • Provide a completed contract packet to the business manager for approval.
  • Be present at Day of Dig and Day of Gunite to walk customers and construction managers through job phases.
  • Build referral relationships.
  • Exceed customer expectations.


Requirements:

  • experience in the Swimming Pool Industry is a plus
  • 1+ years of Successful Experience in Fast Paced Top-Level Sales
  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have reliable transportation with a valid drivers license
  • Must be able to pass drug test/have clean background report
  • Pool Studio Experience Preferred
  • Use of companys CRM system for lead nurture and tracking

Salary and Benefits: 

  • Full Time
  • Uncapped Commissions up to 6% of Gross sales
  • Potential first-year earnings in excess of $100K
